Elfreida Price "Bootsie" Webb, age 90, of Murphy, NC passed away Tuesday October 4, 2016 at Murphy Medical Center.
She was a native and lifelong resident of Cherokee County, NC and the daughter of the late Ezra and Rosa Whitmore Price. Bootsie was the owner and operator of the Sunset Motel. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and reading.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William (Bill) Webb; and sister, Loveita Hemphill.
She is survived by her daughter, Sherry Chapman and husband Ivan of Murphy, NC; grandchildren, Michael Jenkins, Daryl Chapman and wife Suzanne, Eric Chapman and wife Michelle, Todd Chapman and wife Christy and Brent Chapman and his wife Alica; seven great-grandchildren; and niece, Carol Ann Fleming.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, October 15, 2016 at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel in Murphy, NC. Rev. Kevin Chapman will officiate.
