Joseph Evans Moss Jenkins, age 37 of Andrews, NC passed away Friday, December 23, 2016 at his residence.
He was a native and lifelong resident of Cherokee County, NC and the son of Barbara Jenkins of Sylva, NC and the late Michael Phillips. Joseph was a US Marine veteran. He enjoyed fishing, being outdoors and working on old cars.
In addition to his mother he is survived by one daughter, Brittany Nicole Jenkins; two brothers, Danny Ellis and Scott Ellis; and one uncle, Jackie Ellis.
