Walter Terry Moss, age 64 of Hayesville, NC passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017 at his residence.
He was a native and lifelong resident of Clay County, NC. Walter was the son of Marie Ledford Moss and the late W.T. Moss. He was self-employed in the masonry industry. Terry enjoyed fishing, hunting and being outdoors.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by one brother, Max Moss and one sister, Sandra Shook.
In addition to his mother he is survived a son, Stacy Moss of Hayesville, NC; a daughter, Melisa Moss and Delane Moody of Hiwassee, GA; one sister, Karen Ellis; and two grandchildren, Bryce Burch and Hunter Moody.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
