Louise A. Garner, age 84, of Hayesville, NC passed away Sunday July 9, 2017 at Union General Hospital in Blairsville, GA.
Louise was born in Stavanger, Norway to the late Alvin C. and Beatrice Goa Anderson. She was a homemaker, had a home daycare center and helped Charles in the family coffee business. Louise loved spending time with her family and grandkids. She enjoyed her flower garden and listening to Christian music.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Ray Anderson.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years Charles Garner; two daughters, Diane Perez and her husband, Carlos of Cross City, FL, Kathy Norton and her husband, Keith of Young Harris, GA; three brothers, Leif Anderson, Gerner Anderson and Aarne Anderson; grandchildren, Jason Norton and his wife, Megan, Jeffrey Norton and his wife, Marielle and Jarad Norton and his wife Linsey, Michelle Pearce and her husband, Tyler and Michael Perez.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at the Townson Rose Funeral Home Chapel in Hayesville, NC. Rev. Doug Parhan and Rev. Carlos Perez will officiate. Music will be provided by the family. Burial will be in the Hayesville United Methodist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Carlos Perez, Keith Norton, Jason Norton, Jeffrey Norton, Jared Norton and Michael Perez.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the Townson Rose Funeral Home in Hayesville, NC.
