Robert Dennis Witter, age 67, of Murphy, NC passed away Friday, March 2, 2018 in Buncombe County, NC.
Robert was a native of Canton, OH and the son of the late George and Lorna English Witter. He was a certified welder. Robert was a volunteer for several years at the Sharing Center in Murphy. He enjoyed making peace pipes.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Witter; three sons, Christopher Witter, Josh Devaul and E.J. Devaul; three daughters, Brenna Laizure, Shyloh Rogers and Tawnya Percy; one brother, George Witter; one sister Debbie Witter; grandchildren, Avalynn, Samantha, Scotty, Deedra, John, Christin and R.J.; and one great grandchild, Rowan.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
