Obituary for Ramona Ann Coffey Bryson

06/05/1957 - 06/03/2018

The one of a kind and one and only Ramona Ann Coffey Bryson joined her Heavenly home on the eternal side of her beautiful life at 10:19 pm on Sunday, June 3, 2018. As promised, this beloved and dear wife, mama, nana, daughter, and sister was very closely surrounded by the people she loved the most in this world. Ramona was a native and lifelong resident of Cherokee County and the daughter of Stella Coffey of Murphy and the late Bill Coffey. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by one sister, Donna Kernea.

Ramona was well known, well liked, but even more so loved. She was a woman with many different titles because she seemingly effortlessly touched life after life time and time again. At 10:19 pm on the June 3rd, child of God ultimately became her most important title as received her healing. A healing which was so very desperately needed. Ramona was the strongest individual we had ever known and the last phases of her battle ultimately proved she was nothing shy of a warrior and a true champion of champions.

Undeniably, she was the kind of woman who just had the ability to make one want to a better person. She led the way with her unmistakable smile. To everyone who has been blessed enough to see this smile and feel the warmth behind it. You know her smile was bright, joyful and contagious. Family was at the center of the world for this beautiful soul and Charles "Pedro" Bryson was undeniably the one and only true love of her life. They received the gift of reaching their 41 years of marriage milestone on May 6, 2018.

Ramona was a C.N.A in the healthcare industry. She was a member of Marble Springs Baptist Church but had been attending Little Brasstown Baptist Church.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Charles Bryson. Together they share two children and provided them with the kind of child all kids deserved, daughter, Mindy Danielle Bryson Jordan and son, Jonathan William Bryson both of the Peachtree community. This love story continued in the birth and through the lives of four grandchildren that became their whole world. Surviving grandchildren include, Olivia Jade Jordan, Landon Isaiah Jordan, Ashlyn Taylor Jordan and their final grandchild being little Colton Alexander Rogers all of the home. One of final, yet best surprises came in the form of a precious great-grandbaby, Hadley McKay Kleem whom will never fully know how many smiles she brought into the life of our dying mom with her blissful innocence; one brother, David Coffey and wife Susan and one sister, Sandy Snyder and husband Waymond.

A memorial service will held at a later date.

Townson-Rose Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
