Christopher Michael Ladd, age 46 of Marble, passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021.
Christopher was a native of Swain County, NC. He was a son of Wanda Davis Ladd and the late Michael Ladd. He had worked with his father at Earth Environmental Services and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his sister Amanda Gail Ladd.
Surviving are his mother, Wanda Ladd; aunts, Juanita Stiles and Karen Davis; uncle, Robert Davis; cousins, Alissa Cheek, Kendra Lovingood, Jeffery Stiles, Breanna Locke, Bryson Cheek, Ben Davis, Candy Davis, Derrick Stillwell, Katie Watkins, Megan Chinn, Austin Davis, Sharon Davis, Lane Davis and Shane Bryant; and special nephew, Ethan Lovingood.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Townson-Rose Funeral Home, Murphy. Burial will be at Aquone Cemetery in the Nantahala community. Rev. Billy Rhodes and Rev. Dean Bateman will officiate. Pallbearers will be Ben Davis, Austin Davis, Lane Davis, Derek Cheek, Shawn Brown and Mark Bentley.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Townson-Rose Funeral Home, Murphy.
