John Edward Potts, II, age 75 of Murphy, passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021.
John was born in Detroit, MI to the late John and Mildred Scudder Potts. He was the owner and operator of John E. Potts Insurance. John loved boating, hunting, fishing, RVing and camping.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Potts; sons, John Potts, III and Michael Potts, Sr and wife Afryl; daughter, Kimberly Bourdeau and husband Tim; brother, David Potts and wife Daria; sister, Betty Stevenson; grandchildren, Kalay Potts, Austin Potts, John Potts, IV, Devin Potts, Cody Potts, Kaden Potts, Summer Potts, Michael Potts, Jr, Holly Potts, TJ Bourdeau and Kristy Bourdeau; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
No services are planned at this time.
