Irene Tramel Newsome, 90, of Murphy passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2022. She was the daughter of the late Carl and Nettie Brochman Tramel. Irene was a homemaker.
Irene is survived by three sons, Timothy Bramblett, Wayne Bramblett, and David Bramblett; three daughters, Linda Tucker, Janet Norris, and Shelia Harrison; 12 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 3:00 pm at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home, Murphy with Jeff Cannon providing a eulogy and music. Interment will be in the Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Murphy. Pallbearers will be Neal Herrier, David and Wayne Bramblett, Dewayne Cannon, and Devin and Bryce Wilson.
The family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 pm Friday, September 2, 2022 and 1:00-3:00 pm Saturday, September 3, 2022 at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home, Murphy.
