Gerald Benton Yates, age 89 of Hayesville, NC passed away in Pinellas County, Florida on Tuesday, January 26, 2021.

He was born in Elizabeth, TN to the late Lemuel and Clara Ramsey Yates. Gerald worked in the food industry. He was a US Army Veteran, serving in both Korea and Vietnam.
