Jerry McArthur Day, age 75 of Andrews passed away Friday, December 27, 2019 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Jerry was the son of the late Doyle Robert Day and Fannie Lou Martin Day. He worked for Vulcan materials as a heavy equipment operator.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Day and sister, Molly McDowell.
He is survived by his brother, Colin Day; sisters, Barbara Thomas, Gigi Gladys Gegan and Rita Etters; step-sons, Brian E Greene, Sr and Terry L Greene and 4 step-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at the Townson-Rose Chapel of Andrews. Burial will be in Moss Cemetery in Marble.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm, Monday, December 30, 2019 at the Townson-Rose Chapel of Andrews.
