Alfred Richard Cox, Jr., 82, of Murphy passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Alfred Richard and Helen McBride Cox. Alfred was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was of the Catholic faith. He had worked for Eastern Airlines as a salesman and for the City of Port St. Lucie Engineering Department.
Surviving are his wife, Barbara Lynn Cox; three sons, Adam Cox and wife, Ashley, Raymond Cox, and Ryan Curry; and two grandchildren, Lileigh Rose Cox, and Matthew Adam Cox.
No services are planned at this time.
