Eulene Anderson Payne, age 91 of Brasstown, NC passed away Friday, February 14, 2025.
She was born in Union County, GA to the late Elbert and Martha Jane Willis Anderson. Frances enjoyed making a vegetable garden. She loved to fish, watch birds and flowers. Frances kept her family together while her husband worked a job out of town. She was a member of Pine Log Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Elbert and Jerry Anderson.
She is survived by her husband, James Floyd Payne; four sons, Williard Payne (Donna), Barry Payne, Dean Payne (Becky), and Floyd Payne (Mona); one daughter, Ginger Owens (David); one sister, Louise Henderson; several grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
Per the request of Mrs. Payne, the family will have a private funeral service. Rev. Kevin Miller and Rev. Aud Brown will officiate. Music will be provided by Aud Brown. Burial will be in the Pine Log Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Matthew Payne, Cameron Miller, David Owens, Dale Fleming, David Anderson and Clayton Tankersley.
