Ginger Lee Anderson Cook, age 63 of Murphy went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Tuesday April 23, 2019. She was the daughter of Clinton James Anderson and Bonita Myrtle Roundtree. Ginger was a homemaker. Ginger was of the southern Baptist faith and a member of Ogretta Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Jerry Broo; brother, CJ Anderson and grandson, Austin O'Connell.
Ginger's surviving relatives are loving companion of 45 years and husband of 36 years, Charles Edward "Eddie" Cook of Murphy; son, Jason Daniel Cook and wife Mandi of Klamath Falls, OR; daughter, Monica Lee Guthrie and husband Scottie of Murphy; sister, Kristie Mangialardi and husband Mike of Seattle, WA; brothers, David Anderson of Cottage Grove, OR and Randy Anderson of Kent, WA; grandsons, Jacob Cook of the home, Aaron O'Connell and wife Jorja, Jordan O'Connell, Noah O'Connell all of Murphy, Kainan Cook, Jax Cook and Jason Cook all of Klamath Falls, OR; granddaughters, Lysetta Cook, Malina Cook, and Karah Cook all of Klamath Falls, OR; great-granddaughter, Aurora Gina O'Connell and Skylar Bryant; great-grandson, Tyler Canter.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm, Thursday April 25, 2019 at Little Brasstown Baptist Church. The service will follow immediately at 7 pm at Little Brasstown Baptist Church. Rev. Aud Brown and Rev. Jimmy Cheatham will officiate. Pallbearers will be Chuck Cook, Mark Amos, Timothy Amos, Paul Amos, Corey Cook and Joshua Cook. Honorary pallbearers will be Barry Cook and Brandon Cook. Burial will be in Little Brasstown Baptist Church Cemetery.
