Elaine Mae Phillips, age 80 of Andrews, NC passed away Sunday, December 22, 2019.
She was born in Pennsylvania to the late Roy Stephenson. Elaine worked as an L.P. N. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Elaine was of the Church of God faith.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her daughter, Danette Webb.
She is survived by three sons, Scott, Kevin and George Webb; one sister, Sandra Lehman; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
No services are planned at this time.
