Dawn Ferrell Connor Hendricks, age 100 of Copperhill, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024.
Dawn was born in Evanston, Illinois to the late James and Gertrude Vaupel Connor. She loved to read her Bible, gardening, and being an advocate for her children. Dawn worked as a senior caregiver at Edgewater Senior Living Center. She was a member of Church of God.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Allen Hendricks; her daughters, Linda Bigelow and Joanne Hendricks; and her sister, Virginia Fortune.
She is survived by her son, Keith Hendricks (Ellie); her daughter, Diane Thompson (Larry); her grandchildren, Aaron Hendricks, Amy Meiners, Jeff Bigelow, Chris Bigelow, Robert Bigelow, Brad Boyland and Dena Maginnes; and several great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Providence Presbyterian Church on Harshaw Road.
