SSGT Fletcher Allen Peters, USMC/Ret, age 62 of Murphy, NC passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020.
Fletcher was born in York, PA to the late Lester Peters and Sharon Glattfelter. He was an electrical engineer for Aegis Power Systems. Fletcher was also a US Marine veteran.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter Jessica Peters; and granddaughter Lyssa Peters.
He is survived by his wife Sheree Peters; sons Allen Peters and Christopher Peters; daughter Kimmy Lefevers and husband Kasey; brothers, John Crone and wife Kelly, Matthew Peters and wife Darla and Rob Zutell; sisters, Charmain Gehly, Jane Holmes and sister-in-laws Jane Kindrick and Cindy Kindrick; brother in law Dennis Kindrick; grandchildren, Kaitlynn Peters, Amelia Peters, Emily Peters, Braedyn Bailor, Caden Lefevers and Jameson Lefevers; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
