Connie Renee Moneymaker, age 57 of Murphy, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.
Connie was born in Dalton, GA to Ruth Morrow Moneymaker and the late James Moneymaker. She was a loving, caring and generous person who enjoyed spending time with her children and family.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Amber Noel Teesateskee, and her son, Tommy Allen Teesateskee II.
Connie is survived by her mother, Ruth Morrow Moneymaker; her husband, Gary Phillips; a son, Cody Teesateskee and wife Autumn; a step-daughter, Amy Phillips; her brothers, Michael and Horace; her sisters, Sherry, Tracy and Jamie; her grandchildren, Cole, Skyler, Somer and Isaac Teesateskee; and several nieces and nephews, Dwayne Neal, Dillon Neal, Emma Palmer, Haley Muse, Emily Muse, Shaeley Muse, Michael Muse, Razzy Archambault, William Moneymaker and Andrew Moneymaker.
A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, January 22, 2023 at Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel of Murphy. Rev. Patrick Garrett will officiate. Music will be provided by Trout Cove Baptist Church. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rocky Neal, Dwayne Neal, Dillon Neal, Brandon Pautz, Andrew Moneymaker, Matt Payne and Matthew Nicholson.
The family will receive friends from 12pm to 2pm on Sunday, January 22, 2023 at Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel of Murphy prior to the funeral service.
