Tommy Junior Lewis, age 58 of Hayesville passed away Friday, January 17 at his home.
He was the son of Billy Ray Lewis and Dora Mae Belcher. He was a self-employed construction worker and handyman. Tommy was an outdoorsman and was happiest with a fishing pole in hand. He also loved to go camping. He and his dog, Buddy were best "buds". If you were in Tommy's presence for any amount of time you would find yourself laughing because he loved laughing and uplifting others with a good joke. His wit and good spirit will certainly be missed.
He was preceded in death by one brother Brad Belcher.
He is survived by two brothers, Jason Belcher and wife Whitney of Hayesville and Ronnie Lewis of Virginia Beach, VA; two sisters, Mary Matheny and husband Bill of Hayesville and Vickie Lewis of Hayesville, NC; his girlfriend Tammy Gibson and his long-time friend Dee Dufrene also of Hayesville.
There are no services planned at this time.
