Obituary for Ronnie Nathaniel Stancel

Ronnie Nathaniel Stancel, age 73 of Marble, NC passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

He was born in Buford, GA to the late Herman Nathaniel and Louise Cash Stancel. Ronnie worked for Stanley Furniture for over 35 years. He loved fishing, watching TV, and NASCAR racing. Ronnie was a loving father. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his sons, Joey Stancel, Daniel Stancel (fiance, Alissa Eller), Andrew Stancel and John Stancel; one sister, Brenda Mundy; one grandson, Ethan Stancel; and one granddaughter, Ava Stancel.

A graveside service will be held at 1 pm, Monday, June 23, 2025 at the Duncan Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Buford, GA. Pallbearers will be Joey Stancel, Daniel, Stancel, Andrew Stancel, John Stancel, Jamie Mundy, Devon Mundy and Daniel Quave.

Townson-Rose Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
