Bobby Joe Hayes, age 70 of Rabun Gap, GA passed away Monday, March 30, 2020.
He was born in Cherokee County, NC to the late Arthur and Mary Owenby Hayes. Bobby was a self-employed carpenter.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Hayes; and two sisters, Virginia Baine and Wanda Long.
He is survived by his son, Tommy Hayes and wife Julie; four grandsons, Isaac, Lucas, Jordan and Elijah Hayes; and three great-grandsons, Landon, Grant and Aaron Hayes.
The family will have a private service.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
