Mary Tomasik Phillips, age 76 of Andrews, NC passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021.
She was born in Baltimore, MD to the late Bronislaus and Irene Cordrey Tomasik. Mary was a homemaker. She was a volunteer for the Valley River Humane Society, Andrews Library, Food Pantry (served on board), Meals on Wheels and was a collector of dolls. Mary also loved her family through every good and bad time. She was a member of Grace Fellowship Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Ralph Phillips; son Junior Phillips; brothers Richard Tomasik and Roland Tomasik; and sister Dorothy Shaver.
She is survived by her sons, "Bo" Phillips and Michael Phillips and wife Tonya; daughter Lynn Phillips; stepdaughter Bertha Lee Pace; grandchildren, Luke Phillips, Shane McCaw, Hannah McCaw, Shawna Phillips; step grandchildren, Mary Ella, Robert Pace, Colton Cooley and Troy Cooley; and great granddaughter, Ella McCaw.
A Funeral Service will be held at 6 pm, Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Grace Fellowship Baptist Church. Pastor Bo Phillips and Pastor Matt Mustin will officiate. Burial will be in Valley River Baptist Church Cemetery on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at 2 pm. Pallbearers will be Shane McCaw, Michael Eller, Dustin Phillips, Michael Foster, Dakota Maclay and Jeremiah Miller.
The family will receive friends from 4 pm - 6 pm, Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Grace Fellowship Baptist Church.
