Hailei Laci Cooper, age 26 of Andrews, NC passed away Monday, October 27, 2025.
She was a native and lifelong resident of Cherokee County, NC and the daughter of Penny Cooper of Andrews. Hailei enjoyed working and shopping. She loved her children, family and all her childhood friends. Hailei also loved her cats.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her bonus mother, Michelle Hosier of Andrews; one son, Rylei Cole Gibby; one daughter, Navaeh May Cooper; one brother, Sean Cooper of Andrews; sisters, Hannah Hosier and Amy Hardin of Andrews, Danielle Williams of Georgia and Emily Hardin of Andrews; and several special cousins.
A visitation service will be announced at a later date.
