Douglas Russell Floyd, 66, of Polk County TN passed away Monday, December 20, 2021. He was born in Cherokee County, NC to the late Sheridan and Frances Radford Floyd. Douglas had worked as a logger.
Surviving is his wife, Loretta Floyd; and a daughter, Stephanie Floyd.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home in Murphy with Rev. Chris Floyd officiating. Interment will be in Bear Paw Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 pm Wednesday at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home prior to the services.
