Richard Dale Smith, 62, of Marble, NC passed away Monday, April 15, 2024. He was the son of Loyce Crowe Parker and the late Gerold Parker; and biological father was Eugene Smith.
Richard enjoyed hunting, fishing, looking for arrow heads, and collecting antiques. He enjoyed spending time on the creek bank with his dogs Jasper and Possum. Richard loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.
He was also preceded in death by a grandson, Korbin Smith.
Surviving in addition to his mother and biological father: a son, Jamie Smith (Sarah); daughter, Sheena Smith; brothers, Dane Parker and David Parker; sisters, Paula Nelson, and Sonya Wright; and grandchildren, Kaleb Smith, Klay Smith, Kate Smith, Kleo Smith, Neiko Wiley, Zoey Brady, and Zsaa Brady.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 6:00 PM Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Marble, NC.
