William Austin White, age 24 of Andrews passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024.
Austin was born in Cherokee County, NC to William E. White and Janie Pugh Allen. He worked as a grocery cashier. Austin loved playing basketball, skateboarding, playing video games and spending time with his siblings and friends.
He is survived by his parents, William White (Michelle) and Janie Denise Allen (Paul); his brothers, Noah Allen, Cameron Allen and Adrian Allen; his sister, Zarah White; his Nana, Jannie Jeanette Pugh; and his uncle, Alex Pugh.
A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Friday, February 9, 2024 at Old Fashioned Baptist Church in Murphy. Rev. Hoyt Brown will officiate. Burial will be in Old Fashioned Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Josh Earley, Nathan Postell, Paul Smith, James Smith, Jake Smith and Nick McTaggart.
The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel in Murphy.
