Vicki Wade Beaver, whose life began on September 12, 1954, in Fulton County, Georgia, peacefully gained her angel wings on February 7, 2024, in Gainsville, Georgia. She was a woman of steadfast character and unwavering kindness, whose presence was a gift to all who knew her.
Preceding her in passing were her dear parents, Claude Wade and MontaRee Puckett Wade, her cherished grandson, Matthew, whom she held close to her heart, two sisters, Diane and Claudia and a brother, Danny.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Paul Beaver, with whom she shared a loving marriage with for nearly 33 years. Her daughter Cindy, alongside her husband Dave and her grandson Conner whom she was so very proud of. Two brothers, Dewert (Barbara) and JG, who will miss her greatly. Vicki also leaves behind several nieces and nephews who she loved very much.
In her free time, Vicki enjoyed crocheting, reading, being on the water and playing cards with her family. Vicki was a retired Volunteer Fire Fighter with Hanging Dog Volunteer Fire Department. Before retirement, Vicki worked at Levi's, the Lee Plant and Lowe's.
The family will receive friends at Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel in Murphy on Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 6pm to 8pm. The funeral will be held on Sunday, February 11, 2024 at 2pm at Owl Creek Baptist Church. Rev. Keith Raper will officiate. Burial will be at Owl Creek Baptist Church cemetery following the service. Pallbearers will be Chad Wade, Brad Camp, Lee Beaver, Rodney Beaver, Tanner Beaver and Branson Beaver. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Hanging Dog Volunteer Fire Department.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Townson-Rose Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
