Cleo Bickley, age 102 of Warne, NC, passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at her residence.
Cleo was a native of Lake City, SC. She was a daughter of the late Walter Kirby and Mary Price. She had worked as a baker for the Pinellas County Public School. Cleo attended First Free Will Baptist Church of Hayesville. She moved to Warne, with her daughter, in 2010 from St. Petersburg, FL.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Bickley; daughter, Phyllis Gibason; sister, Helen Whirle and brother, Walter Kirby, Jr.
Surviving are her son, Milton Bickley and wife Mary Lou of Spring Hill, FL and Hayesville, NC; daughter, Mary Mandell and husband Jim of Warne; grandchildren, Milton Bickley, Jr. and wife Melody, Tammy Fields and husband Van, Lori Cooper and husband Dean, Mark McDougal and Geof Gibason; nine great grandchildren and 10 great-great- grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 11 am, Saturday, May 19, 2018 at the First Free Will Baptist Church. Rev. Christ Rumfelt and Rev. Matthew Roach will officiate.
