Janice Denise Gibson Crisp, age 67 of Murphy, passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.
Janice was born in Hiawassee, GA to the late Leonard and Geraldine Anderson Gibson. She had worked for Levi’s. Janice enjoyed gardening and her flowers. She was an excellent cook. Janice loved her family dearly. She was of the Christian faith.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Randy Gibson.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Crisp; her sons, Chris Crisp (Denise) and Matt Crisp; her brothers, Stanley, Steve and Charles Gibson; her grandchildren, Lauren Moore (Matthew) and Rachel Crisp; and her great grandchildren, Tanner and Mila Moore.
A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Monday, August 12, 2024 at Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel in Murphy. Rev. Eddie Cook will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 12:30pm to 1pm prior to the memorial service.
